We’ve put together some information on our policies and have answered some of the most commonly asked questions we receive below. Shipping and Handling
We ship with USPS Priority Mail with tracking, for orders shipping outside of the United States we ship USPS Priority International with tracking. Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days following receipt of payment in full.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply if their shipping location is outside of the United States. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Custom and personalized orders
We are no longer accepting custom orders at this time. Existing items can sometimes be altered to fit your sizing needs however, if this is an option you would like to request, please reach out using our Contact form or email us at lefayboutiquecouture@gmail.com
Returns & exchanges
Exchanges are accepted
If you need to make an exchange please contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship items back within 7 days of delivery with tracking. Exchanges can be made for store credit equal to the amount of the exchanged item or for an item of the same value.
Returns or cancellations are not accepted
But please reach out if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be exchanged or returned
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept exchanges or returns for:

Conditions:
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Care instructions
We recommend washing by hand and air drying. While all of the fabrics have been pre-washed and dried in our washer and dryer, there is no way to know how a different washer and dryer will affect the fabric.

Is there a satisfaction guarantee?
We want to ensure that every one of our customers is completely satisfied with their purchase and their transaction. We genuinely want you to be happy when you receive your items, this is the most important thing to us as a company. We will gladly accept exchanges for either store credit equal to the purchase price or for an item of the same value and will be more than happy to work with you to resolve any issues with your order if for any reason you are not completely satisfied when you receive your items. For exchanges please note that we can only accept back unwashed, unworn garments in their original condition. Please reach out as soon as possible so we can work expediently to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
